Any violation of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

- You are solely responsible for any content, data, or materials you upload, authorize, or generate through the Service (including TikTok-authorized data, screenshots, reports, etc.).
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to provide and authorize such content/data and that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- You retain ownership of your content/data, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display it as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
